This world consists of two dimensions joined as one, like a mirror. The first is the world in which the humans live, Assiah. The other is the world of demons, Gehenna. Ordinarily, travel between the two, and indeed any kind of contact between the two, is impossible. However the demons can pass over into this world by possessing anything that exists within it. Satan is the god of demons, but there's one thing that he doesn't have and that's a container in the human world that is powerful enough to hold him!! For that purpose, he created Rin, his son from a human woman, but will his son agree to his plans, or will he become something else...? An exorcist?

This is a very interesting Shōnen manga; the son of Satan combating the demons that serve his father, really, extremely interesting. Soon I was hooked.

What i really liked about this manga, besides the interesting story and the awesome artwork were the battle sequences and the comedy behind it. Yes, this manga is also a comedy (some of the jokes are hard to get because of the foreign reference, but once you kinda understand it and read it multiple times after a mega-google-search you'll laughed for a bit...or you'll just be confused, it's a hit or miss! HAHA) But the battle when Rin uses his flames is always fun to read and look at.

Okay, one character that really irks me (because of her character design) is Izumo, and yes it's because of her eyebrows (hence her nickname by Rin), i mean really! What is up with those things! I mean they still make her look human but really, they're just so WEIRD!

One think I'm hoping for is more of a relationship between Rin and Yukio because it would be nice to see Yukio take more initiative towards his brother, I would like to see him walk the walk rather than run his mouth about how he's protecting him when he can barely control Rin to begin with. But all in all, I do see the care for Rin from Yukio :) Ah brother love <3
