Friday Hops (12/9/11)

Follow Friday (#6)

Q: Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?

I would have to go with Let It Snow a collaboration Christmas book with all of my favorite authors working together: John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle! I basically was dying of happiness once I read this. It's cute, funny, quirky, some Christmas cheeseyness thrown in, but its a all around fun book to read and snuggle up near a warm fire and read. Definitely would buy this for my family and friends and another one for me because my English kinda stole my copy DX! Well... I'll let her consider it a "gift."

        TGIF (#5)

Book to Movie: Which book turn movie do you feel did the best adaptation? What about the worst?

Book to movies are hard things for me. My favorite would have to be The Princess Bride (Oh, Westley). My worst would have to be Eragon, the book was much better and the movie was just ridiculous in every comparison.
