Waiting on Wednesday (87): Wink Poppy Midnight

Waiting on Wednesday is a bookish meme hosted by Jill @ Breaking the Spine. To join in on the waiting game festivities, click the link to Jill's blog. Leave me a comment below with what you're waiting on this Wednesday.

Wink Poppy Midnight by April Genevive Tucholke
Publication Date: March 22, 2016
Publisher: Dial Books
Every story needs a hero.
     Every story needs a villain.
     Every story needs a secret.
Wink is the odd, mysterious neighbor girl, wild red hair and freckles. Poppy is the blond bully and the beautiful, manipulative high school queen bee. Midnight is the sweet, uncertain boy caught between them. Wink. Poppy. Midnight. Two girls. One boy. Three voices that burst onto the page in short, sharp, bewitching chapters, and spiral swiftly and inexorably toward something terrible or tricky or tremendous.
     What really happened?
     Someone knows.
     Someone is lying.

I've been dying for Wink Poppy Midnight ever since I laid eyes on that stunning cover. I have yet to pick up an April Tuchloke novel, but I am willing to make this one my first. I already read a couple chapter samples and I am going to pre-order this by my next paycheck!
